First Day Health, Life, Dental, AD&D, Vision and Prescription Drug Coverage:

You will be insured with one of the best nationwide providers of healthcare coverage beginning the first day of your travel assignment.

We offer two coverage plans, a deductible plan and a co-pay plan. Your deductible plan premium is paid 100% by ANXtra. You can add your spouse and/or children for an additional premium. You can also opt for the co-pay plan for an additional premium which is deducted weekly.

Once your assignment begins, you will be able to go online with United Healthcare and manage all your health insurance needs.

You also are provided life insurance in the amount of $25,000.

Premium Only Section 125 Plan:

Should you opt for the co-pay plan or to provide coverage for family members other than yourself, you have the option of participating in a Premium Only Section 125 Plan. This plan gives you the ability to pay your portion of any health insurance premiums out of pre-tax dollars, thereby saving you additional monies.

Identity Theft:

Identity Fraud Expense Coverage is provided at no cost to you for each and every ANXtra employee.

Professional Liability Insurance:

Each nurse or allied healthcare professional working for ANXtra is covered under our comprehensive professional liability insurance at no charge.
